Just Wod it untill your hands bleed. This has happened to me... 3 of my calusses have broken when I did 100 pull ups in one WOD.. I did not notice untill Pull up 88. Packed the lifted skin with chalk and painfully finished the remaining 12. I made a bag and mens and womens options as well this time I hope you guys like it.
