Well Mitt Romney out spent Rick Santorum 12 to 1 in Ohio and 10 to 1 in Wyoming still Rick almost won the state of Ohio. It's explains allot that if Mitt Romney wins the nomination he will lose due to the lack of money he will have against President Barack Obama. Mitt Romney has been dropping bombs of cash on television ads against Newt and Rick , but if he is going to draw any stark differences in policy and his past as Governor is going to hurt him.
